Julie Oberg, the company’s founder, takes a personal role in building the client relationships. In fact, it’s her favorite part of the job. Through her years of experience travelling the world and building and designing yacht interiors, she has honed her abilities to understand exactly what a client is looking for, when even the client is not exactly sure yet. She is able to integrate styles from all over the world and provide something that is unique and fits the needs and expectations of each individual client. Having worked alongside the world’s elite, she is able to bring an air of elegance and beauty that is truly unique in the industry. She is extremely detailed oriented and takes a personal role in each and every design decision making sure that even the finest details of every job meet the quality expectations of both her and her clients.

Julie broke into the Home Design and Improvement industry in 2014 in Savannah, GA. She was tasked with upgrading an old 1957 bungalow that in a state of total disrepair. With just a team of her and her husband, and the occasional family member or friend to help, she restored and redesigned and rebuilt each and every detail of that house, going from room to room, floor to ceiling, then from front yard to back. When the realty appraiser valued the house at double what it was initially worth, she knew  that she had found her calling. She then traveled around from location to location, job site to job site, working her magic until she came across the beautiful North Carolina coast. It was then she decided she wanted to stay in one area and create something more official. Since that day, she has been working all around the Southeastern coastal areas, increasing property values everywhere she goes and building beautiful homes and gardens, all from her home base in Topsail Island.
